We’re working on the comment problem. Thanks for your continuing patience as we try to get it sorted out.

Update: Looks like it has something to do with the DBI and DBD::mySQL Perl modules of the Cpanel. My more technically adept colleagues are in touch with our hosting provider. I’m just crossing my fingers and wishing them success.
